According to HN daily, CEZ will publish electricity prices for 2008 this week. It is expected that electricity prices for households will increase by 10% and for companies by 15%. The 2008 prices are based on August prices on the Prague Energy Exchange where the price for 2008 was fixed at EUR 50.4. Our view: We see the price development to be inline with our expectation; therefore we see it as neutral. In addition to price development E.ON (126 EUR, -0,70%) became the second market maker on the PXE, CEZ was the first one.
