CEZ owns 6.86% (incl treasury stocks they owned before the buy-back started) of its shares and still needs to buy 3.1% of its share back. Government has sold so far 4.8m (0.81%) of CEZ shares. If we assume that government needs only CZK 31bn for its budget then it needs to sell only 4.2% stake at CEZ when we use the current price of CZK 1,245 per share. That would be slightly positive but this is just a speculation and it is still probable that government will sell 7.0% stake at CEZ.
