Hamilton, Bermuda – June 13, 2005 - Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. (“CME”) (Nasdaq: CETV) announced today that it has applied for a listing of its Class A Common Shares on the Main Market of the Prague Stock Exchange (PSE). It is expected that trading of these shares on the Prague Stock Exchange will commence by the end of June. Česká spořitelna has been appointed as the Local Listing Agent.
