Bivideon (100%-owned by Deutsche Bank), which owns 72% in České radiokomunikace, yesterday denied speculations that it bought an 11% stake in Cra on Monday. Note that a block of 3.48m Cra shares (11% of share capital) traded for CZK 425 per share on Monday. Netla Management Ltd. was the likely seller as it recently announced that it had raised its stake in Cra to precisely 3.48m shares. Recall also that should Bivideon exceed the 75% threshold, it would have to launch an obligatory buyout offer to minority investors. The identity of the new owner should be disclosed in coming days.
