On Tuesday the Czech currency opened at 31.820 against the euro and at 27.130 against the dollar. The movement on euro-dollar markets was the main reason for the koruna to strengthen against the dollar. By mid-session the greenback fell to 26.980, but reversed its latest slide in the afternoon and closed at 27.123. Against the euro the koruna was depreciating the whole day and closed the trading session at 31.950. The rate USD/CZK began at 27.070 this morning and should stay between 26.90 and 27.40. The rate EUR/CZK opened at 31.940 today and should move in a range of 31.80 and 32.10.
