Agora announced the launch of another publishing project with a collection of 30 classic movies on DVD starting February 9, 2006. Some 300 thousand copies of The Name of the Rose will start the series, which would be sold along with a copy of Gazeta Wyborcza, similar to other publishing projects underway such as guide-books, fairy tales and classical music collection, which have been quite successful. The movie collection offers works of, inter alia, Miloš Forman, Elia Kazan, Roman Polanski, Michelangelo Antonioni, Steven Spielberg, Alfred Hitchock, Andrzej Wajda and Stanley Kubrick priced at PLN 27 per copy, which seems somewhat expensive compared with classical films on DVD sold in supermarkets at PLN 20 per copy. Agora claims that its collection will consist of premium films. Based on the positive track record of similar projects, we view the announcement of the new launch as positive. We reiterate our Hold rating on Agora with PLN 70 fair value estimate.
