The PX-50 index gained 1.78% on Monday. The market lacked significant news and order flow, with only one London-based broker accumulating Cesky Telecom in the afternoon. Cesky Telecom shot up 4.16%, to CZK 430.60, as a result. Ceske radio made strong gains also, up 3.94% to CZK 1,109, on the interest of a local e-broker. Total market volume reached a miserable USD 7.75 mil. on Monday. Although there is little news flow expected this week, the sentiment on the market seems somewhat positive, at least for the near term. We do not expect volumes to pick up significantly, though.
