Markets are caught in the middle of Christmas and New Years holiday with volumes falling to USD 78m, well below long term average. CEZ up 1.24% despite new government coalition agreement to keep mining limits unchanged and not to support new nuclear capacities. Zentiva, ECM and Unipetrol all traded up on limited supply. Unipetrol closed up after news that company was able to resume production at its Ceska rafinerska operation sooner than expected. Only Philip Morris finished in a negative territory on international selling, though volumes are very thin. Only Warsaw erases 1% from its benchmark today, correcting its yesterday’s steep rise.
