We do not expect any significant happenings at CR’s AGM, which meets today. Shareholders are expected to approve the company’s 1999 figures. As with previous years, the management will propose that earnings are retained, and it is unlikely that the National Property Fund (as the 51% shareholder) will seek a dividend payment. Management is also scheduled to report to shareholders on the option bidding in RadioMobil, waged earlier this year (which the company eventually lost), and on the Contactel joint venture with TeleDanmark. No major decisions are expected.
