(Ondrej Schneider) Construction output fell again in June, this time by 6.1%. This is in line with our (-7%) prediction, but worrying still. In H1/99, construction output fell by 10%. At least, labor productivity stabilized in June, but for the whole H1/99, it fell by 5%. The labor strength may be illustrated by the fact that once productivity stabilized, nominal wages shot up by almost 5%. For a chart - see "Economic growth"
