The Cabinet could discuss Cesky Telecom privatization during a regular meeting today.
The board of Cesky Telecom, 51% owned by the state, could move to sack Cesky Telecom CEO P. Klima at its meeting on November 29. The move was reportedly discussed by the prime minister and his advisors last week.
Number portability and carrier pre-selection services will be initiated in the Czech Republic as of January 1, 2003 (HN newspaper). Expected.
