GTC should report its 4Q05 results tomorrow. Apart from continued growth in the commercial (office&retail) and residential revenues growth on the back of GTC’s expansion, the numbers should be positively affected the by sale of Allianz building and 50% stake in Galeria Kazimierz. The FY2005 bottom line should be helped by USD88mn of revaluation gain due to continued yield compression across the whole Europe but more importantly in the CEE&SEE region.
