Cesky Telecom will reduce its connection fee for new fixed-line customers from CZK 3,500 to CZK 2,900 in an effort to stimulate demand for fixed lines and slow down the migration of traffic and customers to cellular operators. Moreover, new customers will get CZK 200 per month worth of calls for a period of six months. These measures could have a modest stimulating effect. Neutral for the stock, though.
