Industry Minister Milan Urban said that his energy-policy proposal includes a significant capacity increase at the Temelin nuclear power plant by approx. 2015 (Temelin was originally projected to have four reactors; two have been constructed and are online. The minister proposes that the other two be completed to replace capacity related to the closure of older lignite-power plants after 2010).
We see this as neutral until the plan is substantiated, with a detailed budget provided (capex and related expenses, including projected decommissioning and spent fuel storage costs).
