Separately, the Slovak government postponed the debate on the sale contract for the state’s 66% stake in Slovenske elektrarne to Enel until December 10, as ministers need more time to study the documents and there were some shortcomings in the draft privatization contracts, which however were mostly sorted out yesterday according to the economy minister. Enel’s offer of EUR 840m expires tomorrow, but the Cabinet asked ENEL to extend it. We remind that CEZ finished second in the tender with an offer of EUR 690m.
