The Czech financial daily HN says that a draft of a Cesky Telecom privatization contract has been prepared and is ready to be discussed by the Cabinet. The draft contract reportedly reflects that the state’s 51% stake in Cesky Telecom will be sold to a Deutsche Bank/TDC consortium via a privatization vehicle called C-Tel (the price is CZK 55 bil., or CZK 335 per share). The contract should be signed at the end of November.
