Czech market added another 0.55% led by mid-caps companies CME and Zentiva. Although volumes increased in the afternoon, overall they still remained below long-term average. Foreign accounts were on the buy side in most traded names, which were Zentiva, CEZ and CME. Zentiva’s increase was on the back of government plan to lower basic drugs reimbursements and CME soared after news Lauder/Apax partnership could use leverage of up to USD 200m to increase stake in their stake in CME. CEZ was lifted towards the end of the session and TEF O2 CR closed touch lower again on international selling.
