Czech rates are now at the level of Germany’s. /Slightly negative, new tariffs may make it harder for PPF or any other fourth operator to enter the mobile market, but on the other hand it is a sign of a price competition and this step should lead to lower margins and EBITDA, consequently lower dividends in the future.
