The PX-50 index closed down 0.13% to 796.2 points on Wednesday with volumes at well below average levels. The market lacked any appetite to trade; a lack of flows was obvious. CEZ closed down 0.20% after reporting its first half-year consolidated report. But this set of figures had no impact on the stock price as the company issued separate reports for its generation and production businesses a couple of weeks ago.
Regarding Unipetrol we are awaiting more details for the Ceska rafinerska option, as no information has yet been released. We are likely ahead of another lackluster session, with narrow range trading and marginal volumes. An interest rates decision should have only a minor, if any, impact on the market today. Volume in the SPAD reached EUR 12.6m.
