The Prague index PX-50 closed down 1.66%, at 443.60 points, after a major US company warned of a slower growth in profits. Cesky Telecom lost 3.61% to CZK 400.20, but traded intra-day as low as CZK 385 per share. There was an apparent London-based flow on the sell side that, combined with the stop-lossing of positions by domestic traders, significantly contributed to liquidity. CEZ closed down 5.20% on the day, at CZK 98.69. Total market volume reached USD 14.28 mil. on Friday.
