The PX-50 index closed up 0.84% at 791.6 points yesterday. Zentiva added a further 3.30% after our initiation on Friday was accompanied by further positive notes from other brokerage houses. CEZ also recovered from below CZK 190 on foreign demand. The market is though still awaiting details of the Slovenske elektrarne deal, which will be an important event for the stock. We believe that the growth was helped by a stronger than expected pricing of the 2005 wholesale supply. Komercni banka and Cesky Telecom traded with low activity. For today, the vote of confidence in Parliament will be the key story for the local market. Volume in the SPAD reached USD 33.9m.
