Ceske radiokomunikace’s EGM set for April 8, initiated by a minority shareholder, includes a number of restructuring proposals which do not seem to have the support of the company’s boards or the controlling shareholder (Bivideon), and are thus unlikely to be approved.
On Wednesday, April 10, the Cabinet should discuss the results of the Cesky Telecom tender. The general opinion is that approval of a deal is unlikely.
