The PX-50 Index gained slightly on Friday, up 0.38% to 420 points, despite a weak activity ahead of Tuesday’s public holiday. However we did observe an increase in interest from London based brokers. Overall, Cesky Telecom traded around CZK 355-358 but after the better than expected US Q1 GDP figure was released, the stock climbed up to CZK 369. Komercni traded down 1.42% to CZK 937.60 with more than 130,000 shares traded and most of the liquidity coming from international names. Total Friday market trading volume reached USD 8.97 mil. We expect a very quiet session today, as we believe that locals will not participate much due to tomorrow’s market closure.
