(Ondřej Schneider) The Prime Minister Milos Zeman has just announced that he informed the President about "his plans on personal changes within the Cabinet". As it is the PM who is solely in charge of appointing government ministers, it could be taken as a confirmation that a reshuffle will indeed take place. The Prime Minister has previously announced the date when he makes the changes: July 21, one year after the government swore into office. The bids are now wide open on which ministers will stay and who will leave the Cabinet.
Update: The Czech Agency reported that after the meeting with Milos Zeman, the President met with the Minister of Finance Svoboda whose position has been weakened in recent weeks.
