Terminals (to be renamed Vopak Terminal Kandla) in the Port of Kandla, India. The terminal is one of India’s largest independent storage facilities for chemicals and vegetable oils and consists of two sites with a total capacity of 261,600 cbm.
Vopak Terminal Kandla consists of 121 tanks with connections to 5 shared jetties owned and operated by the Port of Kandla.
Vopak did not disclose any financial details, hence leaving us in the dark as to the financial impact. The acquired facilities, however, have a total capacity of 261,600 cbm, which compares with Vopak's total network capacity of approx. 25.6m cbm (1%). No impact on rating and/or target price.
