On Monday, volumes declined to USD 15.85 mil. and trading focused on primarily on Cesky Telecom. A couple of foreign buyers pushed the stock up 2.29%, with the stock closing at CZK 639. Ceske Radio strengthened in the morning, trading around CZK 1,825, but lost late in the afternoon. The stock closed unchanged at CZK 1,813 with 28,700 shares changing hands. CEZ saw short-term speculative buyers in the morning when the stock was lifted to CZK 115, but the stock eventually closed down 0.39%, at CZK 113.71. The PX-50 index gained 1.31%. The market will focus today on Ceske Radio’s H1 consolidated IAS results, due to be released later in the morning. We may see a correction in Cesky Telecom as it has gained more than 14.3% in the past three sessions.
