The number of customers changing their electricity provider rose y/y by only 1.7% in the first nine months, to 351,000. Small players are no longer cutting into the market share of CEZ, nor of RWE in terms of natural gas. RWE (with 200,000 customers) is now the No. 3 “alternative” electricity provider, while CEZ (with 330,000) is the top alternative supplier of natural gas.
