Despite stronger European markets, the Czech market went its own way on Tuesday. Ceske radio stock, the loser of the day, lost 3.82% to close at CZK 1,534; the market focused on the technical weakness of the stock given the limited client flow there lately. Ceska sporitelna continued its mild increase; it rose 1.34%, as a couple of buyers appeared late in the afternoon. The stock traded in a range of CZK 232–234. There was another strong day yesterday for CEZ, at least in terms of volume, as 2.052 mil. shares changed hands, of which 500,000 shares crossed pre-open. We believe that the selling of CEZ by a large player might be losing intensity. Volumes reached USD 20.68 mil. on Tuesday; the PX-50 index lost 0.29% to close at 508.10 points.
