GDP grew by 6,0 % in 3Q07, which is slightly above our estimate due to higher investments growth. The investment growth accelerated despite higher interest rates. Apart from investments, home consumption remains to be the main growth driver, supported by unemployment rate decrease and wages increase. Therefore, there have been no significant changes in the structure. Higher GDP growth and its revision in the previous quarter (from 6.0% to 6.3%) call for further increase of interest rates by CNB, which is expected in the first quarter of the next year.
