The Czech currency firstly fell vs. the euro from the initial level of
32.480 to 32.525 during yesterday's early morning session. However, the
trend reversed in the afternoon and the koruna rose to 32.395 at the end of
the day. Vis-a-vis the dollar, the koruna was falling all day long as the
U.S. currency gained against the euro on the world markets. The USD/CZK
opened at the level of 29.350 and reached 29.600 level, where it also
closed. Trade balance deficit is released today. The koruna could be
probably influenced in case the figure won't meet market expectations. The
EUR/CZK should be curbed between 32.300 - 32.500, as it opened at 32.420.
Against the dollar, the koruna initiated at 29.730 and should not leave the
range of 29.400 - 29.900.
