CEZ plans to challenge Bulgarian regulator in court after the watchdog has cut power prices as of JAN-1. / Slightly NEGATIVE; Please note that prices had already been cut twice in Bulgary during last year which had led to an impairment to Bulgarian distribution unit within 3Q13 results. We expect operating profits from the Bulgarian distribution to fall close to zero in 2014 (from 0.9 bln. CZK EBITDA in 9M13) as well as another impairment in an amount of a low single digit billions CZK could be accounted in 2014 in our view if CEZ is not succesful in the court.
