Austrian opponents of the Temelin nuclear power plant in southern Bohemia have completed a “Black Book” on Temelin, which they claim is a part of the “Melk” process of Temelin’s safety assessment (unsurprisingly, the book contains a sharp critique of the plant). Czech State Nuclear Safety Office said (in a report by the Czech Press Agency) the book is a purely an Austrian initiative. Neutral.
