IPS holds an extraordinary shareholders meeting today. The main goal of the EGM is to replace members of the supervisory board. The EGM was called by Skanska, which recently bought a majority (66%) stake. Skanska also announced last week that it would make a new buyout offer, at CZK 191 per share, effective July 27, and would initiate stock-delisting procedures. Patria’s opinion on IPS remains restricted.
